This is an event that marks an important milestone in the 10-year journey of building and developing the Healthy Living Yoga system in Vietnam and the world. With the support of the YSK World Yoga Alliance and the Government of India, International Yoga Championships 2023 will be held to contribute to promoting the Yoga practice movement, creating a new, healthy playground and meeting the needs of young people. for Yoga enthusiasts nationally and internationally. The goal is to fulfill the mission of connecting Yoga globally.
The tournament brings together nearly 200 contestants from 20 countries in the YSK World Yoga Alliance community. Held in person at the IBIS MUMBAI Hotel, is a great choice – what is known as the most vibrant, modern and richest city in India. With a central location, close to Juho beach “Queen’s beach” is convenient for moving. It is not difficult to understand when people call this place “City of Dreams”.

RULES OF ROUND 1: ONLINE PHOTO CONTEST
The organizers offer 9 Asana poses Sample below, candidates choose to perform and take pictures according to 3/9 poses in 9 samples given
Each contestant sends back to the organizers a set of photos of themselves including:
- 1 Portrait photo
- 1 Photo of yourself at famous landmarks in your country
- 3 Pictures of Asana poses (choose to do 3 of the 9 poses given)
Attach a caption about the photo or story, the meaning of the photo (The attached content must not exceed 200 words)

- 1 comment = 2 points
VOTE POINT = LIKE POINT + COMMENT POINT
The final results of the Online Photo Contest will be judged directly by the Jury. Athletes with a total of 500 POINTS according to the number of Likes and Comments of the post on the Yoga Alliance International YSK homepage will be eligible to compete for the “Final” round live In Mumbai India
NOTE:
All contestants registered to participate in the contest will be able to post 01 contest entry in the language of that country by the Organizing Committee and after the program will receive a certificate issued by Yoga Alliance International (YSK) and Yog Sports Foundation India
